Overview
ClientSync is a way for our clients to synchronise files with their customers – this is a separate platform to our other products and can be used additionally to CAST FileSync. ClientSync can be used to push files between companies (e.g. to push a pricing file from a manufacturer to an installer). These documents can then be disseminated via FileSync within the recipient company. ClientSync allows you to create file groups and push different files to different licences. It also allows you to override or delete files from another user’s system.
Tailored File Distribution
ClientSync allows you to create customised file groups, ensuring that only relevant files reach the licences you specify. For example, if you regularly send the same pricing file to multiple customers, you can group those customers together and distribute the file with just one click, instantly distributing it to all listed licences. This eliminates the need for manual distributing and reduces error rates, with files automatically placed in the correct locations.
Control and Override Capabilities
ClientSync gives you full control over the files you distribute, enabling you to ensure the existence of files, delete or update files remotely. This ensures all users are consistently working with the latest information, minimising discrepancies and improving accuracy.
Rapid System Setup
ClientSync simplifies the setup process for new licences, making it ideal for onboarding new computers to the network. Once connected and launched, all files are automatically transferred to the new device, reducing setup time and streamline the management process for large networks.
