OWD Group Improves Design with vsHome
We work closely with home improvement companies to help them improve how they present and develop projects with customers. The ability to update layouts, colours and configurations instantly has improved both efficiency and the overall customer experience. “We do a lot of designs with customers sat in the room,” says Michael. “Being able to make changes while they watch makes the experience much more engaging and helps everyone stay on the same page.”
Providing customers with a clear and accurate visualisation before installation has also helped build confidence in purchasing decisions as homeowners can see a close representation of the finished result and tweak details before work begins.
